This is the first of the series of the twitter icons I have created for a free download. This one is one of my favorites, so I gave it priority when converting to vectors. It has a slightly “mental” but also quite cool feel to it and I hope it has a chance to become popular against the reign of button eyed, overly sweet baby-birds* sitting gingerly in the corner of the website heading not really urging you to do much… Well, this one is a blokey twitter icon: confident, powerful, and cool. Not following this one, automatically makes you un-cool…
The icon sizes are as follows:
64x64px
128x128px
256x256px
350x350px
I have only used the bird on its own and I did not include the actual lettering that allows more room for adjustments with the layout you are working with. Inside the zip/rar folder you will find psd files with the twitter bird on a different layer for easy background editing. I would really appreciate the feedback. I am interested whether these prove usable and, if required, make some adjustments to this one and the ones I make in the future.
